Workshops

We will kick off with a fun and tasty history lesson, exploring the truths and legends of the chocolate world.

Next you’ll be discovering the amazing range of flavours chocolate has in a delicious tasting of bean to bar chocolates from around the world. You’ll be sampling cacao nibs (the magic ingredient in all your chocolate bars) and some award winning 100% chocolate.

Then, after an insightful demonstration it’s time to to pipe the perfect truffles, and temper molten chocolate for your most decadent creations.

Or you can level up with an interactive team building workshop or add on a chocolate treasure hunt around your local city.

You’ll explore the world of chocolate through a fun and tasty history lesson revealing the truths and legends of the chocolate world.

And that’s not all, after our chocolatey tour of the world it’s then time for an exciting demonstration of how to make the perfect chocolate truffle.

Talks & Tastings

Taste your way around the world through chocolate.

As well as hands on workshops and interactive demonstrations, chocolate tastings can be equally exciting!

You may already know that fine chocolate and fine wines make great friends. But chocolate also pairs with some unlikely partners too – think great rums and whiskies. Even beer, sake and gin have proven to be somewhat unlikely accompaniments to chocolate.

Chocolate tastings can be booked on their own (maybe to go with your own pre-selected wine or spirits flight). Or leave the choosing to me.*
